With a background in Clinical Nutrition and a passion to see people made well eating wholesome and nourishing food, Nourish Platter Co has been birthed because my creative bent has wormed its way from my heart to the platter – because we all love to eat, and our bodies were made to thrive. With an increase in gut problems and food allergies, more and more people have a really hard time when eating out. So I decided it was time to create a niche in the catering world so that EVERYONE can enjoy!

Often on the wedding day, so much effort goes into feeding the guests that feeding the Bride and Groom, sometimes gets messy. At Nourish Platter Co, we would like to make sure you don't miss out by providing one of our Nourish Platter Co Boxes (for 4 people), as a gift that you can take with you on your day, while having photos or to take when you leave the reception. This way, you can taste what the guests tasted without missing the fun.

By speaking directly with you we are able to discuss what your requirements are and depending on the options you choose, we can then give you a direct quote. We generally have a set price per person.
1. Our 1st 'base' option does not mean it's basic. Far from it, but it provides a taste for everyone but not a full meal. This is ideal if we are requested to create a grazing board as an entree or a dessert platter only alongside another caterer who is responsible for the main meal. We are able to provide a very affordable price per person for this type of arrangement. We require a minimum of 50 people to offer this for the wedding. Our price per person includes the set up time for the event. This provides an array of fresh fruits and vegetables, gluten free crackers, cheeses, dips, gourmet desserts, sweets, nuts, nuts and condiments. Processed meats and breads are provided as part of this, depending on your requirements.
2. Our 2nd option, is the same as above however the volume is increased if we are the stand-alone caterer, where a 'finger-food' brunch/lunch is required. This will require us to stay and continue to laden the boards with refreshments as your guests eat. Additional costs may be incurred for the time to serve throughout the event.
3. The 3rd option is to have the full grazing boards as above, but with the addition of a large whole ham (or more than 1), with gourmet salads to provide a more extensive meal.
4. the 4th option, is to have a full lamb spit roast option with gourmet salads and the full grazing board experience with all the items listed in point 1. (This is only offered for groups of 50-150 people).
The prices for these options vary depending on the season and availability, and the number of people being catered for.
Whilst our specialty is providing for those with allergies so that everyone can eat heartily, we do understand that many like non-vegan options. We can cater to your needs but we do it in such a way so that those with allergies are not set off to the side. Some of the best feedback we have received has been from those who often feel marginalised because of food allergies and this is what makes us unique and has become our niche. Everything in question is labeled carefully so that it is clear what has dairy, gluten or meat included.

Thanks for asking.
There are some great suggestions below but by far Grazing Platters are my favourite because they are a decoration option as well as a way of feeding people. You don't need as many servers as you do with Canapes and trays of food. The beautiful thing about grazing tables is that they give a WOW factor when your guests first arrive. There isn't the hassle of servers walking all around and people can choose what they eat, when and how much. It saves guests being distracted from their conversations while they chase food around the venue.
