The requested car was a 1959 white cadillac convertible & is 50 years old. While being maintained regularly, there was a problem with the brakes prior to being sent to the bride.The bride was told of options of the same car in another color or shape.We asked her to choose another car so her safety on the day would not be compromised.Our fleet has more than 12 cars,so a car similar to what she booked was supplied without any delay to her schedule.

Car arrived at brides home early & driver was instructed by bride to follow car infront carrying bridesmaids to ceremony.Along the way to ceremony bride needed to do a toilet stop & instructed driver to stop following the bridesmaids car & to take a short cut to destination.While giving driver instructions to get there quicker she got lost & began to blame driver for not knowing where he was going.Thus due to bride stressing & getting lost near ceremony the bridal car ended up being 20 minutes late for ceremony.
