We aim to arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time wherever possible. For weddings and other important events, we carefully plan the timing beforehand to help make the day run smoothly.

Yes. Red-carpet service can be provided for weddings, school formals and special occasions to make your arrival even more memorable.

Drinks can be arranged depending on the event and passenger ages. For school formals and events involving minors, non-alcoholic sparkling drinks can be provided. Please discuss your requirements with us when booking.

A 50% deposit is normally required to secure your vehicle and date. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Payment arrangements depend on the type of booking. Wedding balances are generally required before the event, while arrangements for other bookings will be confirmed when your reservation is made.

Deposits are non-refundable as the vehicle and date are reserved specifically for your booking. Cancellation conditions depend on how much notice is provided and are covered in our booking terms and conditions.

We understand that events don't always run exactly to schedule. Where possible, we will work with you to accommodate reasonable delays. Significant additional time may incur an extra charge, particularly where it affects another booking.

Yes. One parent or organiser can make the booking on behalf of the group. We can provide written booking confirmation showing the vehicle, pickup time, destination and agreed price so the information can easily be shared with the other parents.
