About
Takes the Cake was established by me Sarah Gallen in 2008. After creating many cakes for friends and family my passion for baking all things sweet turned from a hobby into a full time business. I have always been a bit creative, a bit of a perfectionist, have a love for most things crafty and bake whenever I get a chance. Cake decorating allowed me a creative outlet to make something that will be admired and enjoyed by all.
