When should I book my wedding cake?
Rimma's Wedding Cakes
Most clients' contact us 3-6 months prior to their wedding, but many contact us earlier to secure their preferred date over the busy spring and summer months.
If you have a shorter lead time into your wedding please don't hesitate to contact us as we are happy to accommodate you.
We have been able to make several couple's happy, even when contacted the week of the wedding!
Why do you recommend we attend a consultation?
Rimma's Wedding Cakes
At your consultation you will get to meet us (Rimma & Craig) as the owners you will be talking directly to us, you will also be able to sample several different cake flavours and discuss the design of your wedding cake.
Whilst at your consultation you will be given a firm quote to enable you to make an informed decision.
Can I have a different flavour in each cake tier?
Rimma's Wedding Cakes
Yes, of course! We are happy to use different flavours in each tier or you can combine two flavours in the one tier.
Between each layer we use ganache, which can be flavoured.
Our flavours page has a large selection of mouth-watering options for you to choose from.
What size cake will I need?
Rimma's Wedding Cakes
This will depend on the number of guests and how you are planning on serving your cake.
For example, if your wedding cake is the main dessert you will need dessert size portions, if your cake is going to be served after your meal you will only need coffee size portions.
This will all be discussed at your consultation.
Do you deliver?
Rimma's Wedding Cakes
We offer a personal delivery and set up of your wedding cake and in most cases, this is free of charge, but please note depending on distance a fee may apply, this will all be discussed at your consultation.
We are in constant contact with wedding venues to coordinate delivery times and to brief venue staff on the cake display requirements.

I could not recommend Rimma`s Wedding Cakes enough she did our wedding cake and it was the best tasting cake I have ever had!
We had mud cake on the bottom lemon and line in the middle and passion fruit on top and they were all to die for! We couldn't resist it, eating all our leftovers when we came back from our honeymoon!
Rimma was so easy to deal with was very fast at replying to message and allowed us to test so many flavours of cake which were all cooked to perfection!
