Using fresh and where possible organic ingredients, in all of her 8 signature cakes that are created from 100% scratch and are designed with the incorporation of a number of textures. It's a piece of art on display to show how each couple expresses their love for one another.
All of my cakes are produced with from scratch using raw, whole and fresh ingredients...no packet mixes here!
Each of the eight signature cake flavours, which I have hand crafted, have been produced with the intent to blow your mind away!
Not one flavour is the same.
They all incorporate a number of contrasting textures and flavour combinations designed to standout when balanced together as one.
My design and inspirations are taken from each individual couple. I love hearing about how each couple met and fell in love, this helps me to really sensually feel into the design of your masterpiece. Taking inspiration from nature is also a key essential for me as well as having a love for playing with colours, hues and pigments with the inclusion of textures as well.
No love story is ever the same and this is not only reflected in my cake flavours but also my designs.

Located in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne, I am able to travel as far as Mornington Peninsula as well as the Yarra Valley region and of course all of the Melbourne Metropolitan areas.
Having over 10 years experience decorating cakes and a whole lot of hospitality knowledge, including attending William Angliss Institute of Tafe, you can be assured that all cakes are produced with high food safety standards and also within a Council registered kitchen.

After developing a love for cooking at a young age from my late Nan and then further pursing this love for all things food by attending William Angliss in Melbourne where I really fell in love with baking. This path was further nurtured through designing cakes which artistically speak from my soul. I am a crafter at heart and love nature, spending most of my spare time in the garden.
