She received a formal education and training as a qualified Pastry Chef and has worked extensively for the past 25 years. During this time she has worked and learnt from the professions best at Conrad Jupiters then continuing on to Madisons cafe creating and designing sugar art creations,wedding,birthday and special occasion cakes.
Louisa carries a passion and love for creating personalised cakes and believes in working with each individual client to discuss their cake design. Her experience and knowledge has enabled her to create individual cakes that can be a memorable part of your family’s special occasions, no matter how big or small.
