From architecture to patisserie, Nancy Ho is a professionally trained pastry chef based in Brisbane.

After appearing on and winning the first season of ‘The Great Australian Bake Off’, Nancy attended the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney to study her Diploma of Patisserie and graduated at the top of her class.

Refining her pastry and cake skills at premier patisserie Che Dre and Bibelot in Melbourne, Nancy has returned to Brisbane to provide her bespoke cakes to her Brisbane clients.

Nancy loves to create classic cakes with a twist, using her professional patisserie skills and creative eye to produce memorable cakes for your next special occasion.

Looking for something a bit different? Nancy also offers dessert tables and wedding favours such as strawberry towers, packaged cupcakes, cake popsicles, custom cookies and more!

Our wedding cake from Nancy was perfect! Nancy’s unique flavour offerings are what attracted us to her initially. She helped us to create a unique cake flavour with black sesame, matcha and strawberry. It ended up tasting delicious! She also decorated it beautifully with cascading foliage. We are already trying to work out what our next celebration would be so that we can order from her again! Thanks so much, Nancy!

Nancy was lovely to work with. The cake was amazing and tasted even better! We bought the cake taster pack and got the family to review which one's would make it to the winner podium. They all tasted great and the guests enjoyed it with a hint of ice-cream.
