Flourette specialises in buttercream cakes, dessert tables and bonbonnieres for weddings, birthdays and engagements.
We believe that good cakes are defined by quality, textures and flavours. Our cakes are well-known for their moist, fluffy texture, and not-too-sweet filling. We use quality ingredients to produce intense flavour and delicate texture. We do not compromise on quality because quality never lies.

About
Natasha has fallen in love with sweets since early age when her parents often took her to buy street pancake. She was always captivated by how it was produced. Growing up, she majored in the Advance Diploma of Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu Sydney and worked at some of Sydney's most-renowned patisseries, such as Adriano Zumbo and Blackstar. She, however, has never felt a flourishing passion and bigger joy than expressing arts through cakes and desserts. She named her joy FLOURETTE.

Tell us the details of your wedding and feel free to send your source of inspirations, such as pictures, photo references, etc. We will then provide you with a draft sketch of the cake (if required) and invoice will be sent once you confirm the order.
Flourette specialises in buttercream cakes, desserts and cookies for all occasions. Beside cakes, we create petite desserts (party bites) if you wish to have a sweet corner/ dessert table at your party. We also make delicious bonbonnieres, such as personalised sugar cookies, cupcakes, dessert jars, donuts and shortbreads.

Yes, we deliver cakes on weekends by arrangement. Delivery cost starts from $25 and is based on distance from Flourette kitchen. We will deliver cakes taller than 2 tiers as they may be assembled on site. This service starts from $40.
Our products are prepared in a premises where peanuts, nuts, and soy are present. Please notify us in advance if you have any dietary requirements. We can offer you some dairy-free alternatives, but we apologise that we are currently unable to cater to vegan and gluten-free diet.
Our cakes are covered in fluffy buttercream and filled with silky filling. They are delicate and need refrigeration to protect their freshness and stability. Our cakes are best consumed after 20 minutes at room temperature and will stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. Please keep them in the cake box provided or an airtight container to retain its moisture.
To secure your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 days after the invoice issue date. The remaining balance due at the latest 2 weeks prior to pickup/ delivery date.
Any change made within 14 days prior to pickup/ delivery will incur additional 20% fee to cover cost for redesigning and/or loss-of-work already completed.
Every item is unique and may require special elements from our supplier. We will refund 50% of the total invoice amount for cancellation made at the latest 14 days before pickup/ delivery. Cancellation after this period will require the full invoice amount.

Hi Dear,
It is possible to ship the undecorated cake using chilled courier service. However, it will be quite costly and the cake still needs to be decorated on the place. Unfortunately, I do not recommend shipping decorated cake interstate as the chance of getting the cake melt or damaged is very high.
