It is our pleasure to offer you the opportunity to hold your wedding in one of Dunsborough’s most stunning locations. Located five kilometres from Dunsborough, this five bedroom private residence and has the best views overlooking Geographe Bay. It can accommodate ten people, has three bathrooms, a powder room and is ideal for hosting family as well as being a central location for pre-wedding preparations. The large kitchen and walk-in cool room can accommodate catering and wait staff easily.

The rustic feel of our venue allows for the creation of a beautiful setting for your wedding ceremony and reception. The unsurpassed views of Dunsborough and the Bay are a perfect backdrop for a cocktail or outdoor reception setup. If you are looking for a private venue to hold a marquee wedding you are most welcome to hire and have erected a marquee on the lower grassed area next to the wedding gazebo. 

Here is how we initially work. Firstly, reply to this email at duncott@westnet.com.au  with as much detail as possible about your wedding vision and to book an appointment onsite. This will be followed by a brief from us which includes a quote for your wedding. We will then discuss changes and finalise our plans. A 40% non-refundable deposit is required at this stage to secure the date and venue. A midnight curfew applies to this venue.
