Our wedding at involved our respective families staying for a long weekend and Yungarra was a perfect venue. The house was great, we had a BBQ the day before the wedding and there was space for 60-70 guests to enjoy the grounds even though the marquee was still being set up on the main lawn. For our wedding day the gardens were really well kept and of course the views are absolutely fantastic. We had a great time at Yungarra and would definitely book it again for a similar event, its an easy place to entertain a lot of people, great location, great gardens and amazing views.

Mim’s fantastically talented acoustic music during the ceremony really added to the occasion. We chose Mim because we loved the sound of her voice and we weren’t disappointed. Everyone commented on how great she was. Mim also learnt a song for us for our first dance and added her own twist to it which we thought was fantastic. Later on in the evening Mim judged the mood of our guests perfectly and had everyone dancing to a whole variety of music during her DJ set. She took requests and certainly helped make the party what it was. We’re not planning on getting married again but if we were we would make Mim our first booking.

Wedding Music

Prompt communication allowed us to arrange our wedding cake from afar. It was delivered on time and was just beautiful. We had opted for a naked cake design and the cake was moist and delicious and many people commented how yummy it was! Thanks Carmelo!

The marquee was great and Russell was super efficient setting everything up and recommending exactly the right setup for our event. Everything supplied by Wonderland was clean and in good condition adding class to the wedding. We would certainly use them again.
