Yes you can get married in Australia, anyone can.
The paperwork namely Notice of Intended Marriage must be completed, signed and witnessed at least one month prior.
This NOIM can be witnessed overseas at a consulate if necessary.
Just a warning that marriage does not come with any visa entitlements.

Hi
You absolutely can.
You will need to complete legal paperwork a month before your wedding day.
This either must be signed in Australia or can be signed by a consulate or other in your Countries.
Congradulations yes you can be married in Australia if you meet the legal requirements:-
- you are not married to anyone else
- over 18 years of age.
The Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be submitted with a Marriage Celebrant no later than one month before the date you wish to be married in Australia. You need prove your identity and place of birth, which your passport will do. You also need to provide divorce certificates if previously married.

Hi yes you can be marrried in Australia to do this you will need to provide your Passsport for Phot Id, Birth Cetificates and of course you will need to fill out your Notice of Intention to Marry which has to be lodged with the Celebrant you choose one month prior to the ceremony. Also if there is a Divorce involved those records will be required too.All documents must be originals not copies Please feel free to contact me if I can be of service. Thanks Sharon Phillips Celebrant
To get married in Australia your visa status in Australia or elsewhere does not matter. You simply need to be 18 or over, not already married, consenting and willing to marry the other person, and you need to give one month's notice to your celebrant.
Hello
Yes you can as long as you give notice 1 calendar month before the ceremony
Kind regards
