Easy done and i do lots of these. You can get married by a celebrant one month after signing the Notice of Intended Marriage and then you are legally wed. As a celebrant i have had a number of couples do this and next year the couples plan to have their reception  and I will be there to perform a celebration of marriage ceremony using the vows from the legal wedding and much much more.

Congratulations. I am located in Melbourne and can help you out. Contact me for more details regarding the number/s of people you want involved. The minimum requirement is the couple, two witnesses (18 years of age or older) and the Celebrant. Apart from that, you can live stream to as many people and places as you want - I recently did one with 10 people from two overseas countries attending via streaming. It was great!

The simplest answer to your question, regardless of where you live, is to find a sutable location on private property.

A 5 acre plot on the edge of toiwn is ideal., preferable with creek frontage.

Most elebrants include a 50km travel allowance and so this will suit.  Some of the loveliest weddings I have conducted

have been in the front gardens of houses on larger plots of land on the edge of the city.

Wishing you all the best and well done for still going ahead. I am sorry that I am not in your area, however I would suggest setting up a facebook group of guests and then your Celebrant can live stream your ceremony to as many people as you like. Another alternative is to send out a Zoom invite. Your Celebrant should be able to write a ceremony to reflect the times and make guests still feel like they are there celebrating.

Happy to help virtually with any advice that I can. Best of luck X
