How do I organise my Sydney wedding ceremony with Caterina Kouz? 

• Meet

Caterina will meet with you and your partner to learn about your love story.  During this chat, Caterina will invite you to discuss how you met and what type of ceremony you are hoping to create. 

• Plan

Caterina will be available for meetings and as many phone calls or emails that are required before your wedding day. This will help Caterina plan and write your personalised wedding ceremony, as well as develop a warm rapport and sense of trust. During these meetings, all of the paperwork will be completed, and you will have ample opportunity to talk through any questions you might have. Caterina will file all the necessary paperwork for your peace of mind. 

• Rehearse. 

Caterina will be present for a rehearsal as you near your wedding date, to sort out any potential logistical issues and ensure a smooth ceremony experience. 

• The Big Day

On your wedding day, Caterina will arrive one hour before your ceremony. Mingling with your guests and providing a reassuring presence, Caterina will create a calm and fun atmosphere. Caterina will also ensure soundchecks are performed on all audio equipment and will coordinate with everyone involved from musicians to photograhers and video-ograpers, venue hosts and your event people to ensure everything runs to plan.
