I am a approachable, friendly, well-presented (please see photos) empathetic person who is a good listener, who has always had a passion for helping people and the ability to make them feel comfortable and special.
By being your personal marriage celebrant:
-together we can write and create the ceremony just as you would like.
-I complete all the legal paperwork and lodge it with BDM
-provide a PA system so all your guests can hear your cermony
- have a rehearsal so everybody knows what they are doing
--share with you and make sure your ceremony runs smoothly
As an experienced public speaker, ( see my video) I look forward to helping your day be truly wonderful experience.

By getting married in Registry office first that will be considered the legal ceremony
You can then have a commitment ceremony with all your guests but you will not be able to use any of the legal requiremts
Recently I did the legal ceremony and then the couple went to Bali and had their commitment ceremony with their family and friends

how can we make a mention of same-sex couples and marriage equality in our civil ceremony?
we're not gay ourselves, but our dear friends are and we were wondering if celebrants would be open to making a special mention of it during our ceremony

After reading the Monitum that is a legal requirement you can add as example the following wording
"Bride and Groom bleieve in eqaulity and hope that one day soon marraige will be defined as the union of two people"
I have had many positive responses to this and obne in particluar was with cheers and a round of applasue.
