My name is Neil Hatton & I recently qualified as a Civil Marriage Celebrant. The reason that I became a Celebrant is that I offered to marry 2 very good friends my family, which I subsequently have done a few moths ago. What started as something to do in my spare time quickly became a passion of mine. I am a very gregarious person & I love meeting & helping new people who are just starting out on a new married life. I offer assistance with wedding scripts & planning the big day.
