My approach as a Civil Marriage Celebrant is all about YOU and the love of your life! A ceremony that is all about YOUR relationship, YOUR love and YOUR commitment to one another and tailored to YOUR style as a couple. Your wedding day is an incredibly special day and I am passionate about making your ceremony memorable and meaningful.

I bring fun, warmth and a positive vibe to your celebration, with professionalism and genuine happiness. I am a friendly, bubbly and down to earth Marriage Celebrant who will make you and your guests feel comfortable and relaxed. The key to my ceremonies is capturing your love story, your personality and even all the little things that make you as a couple, in a ceremony that is personalised for your special day.

I believe LOVE is a special bond between two people regardless of age, background or gender; love is powerful, love is friendship caught on fire, love is being there through the good times and the bad times. This is what I love about being a Marriage Celebrant. Hearing about every couple’s love story and being part of the next chapter of their lives together is something I am very honoured by.

FAQ

How does it all work?

With all of my clients, I like to organise a face-to-face meeting to get to know you as a couple, your personality and the type of ceremony you are looking for and go through required documentation as part of preparation for the wedding.

We go through the basics of a wedding ceremony and work out how you wish to tailor the structure your ceremony; to personalise you as a couple. Anything from wedding rituals, special announcements, readings or simply something you wish to say to your loved one when sharing vows.

If you wish to have a rehearsal before your special day I am happy to join you and your bridal party to arrange where you walk, sit, stand and speak for your ceremony. That way on the day everyone is comfortable and ready to enjoy the big day!

I will have my own equipment that includes a MI-Pro PA system, mircrophone stand and microphone which amplifies great sound. it may seem like a small thing now, but I provide a range of pens for you to decide which kind of ball point you wish to sign your certificate with!

Whether you have acoustic music or a dedicated person for music on the day, I can provide you with the option of using an ipod which can have up to 3 songs to play between the ceremony.

The big day! The day of your ceremony I will be set up and already to go so you can enjoy every moment. You will receive your signed Certificate of Marriage which will be provided to either your preferred keeper, whether it be Mother of the Bride or Groom or i am more than happy to bring this to you after your special day.

I will also provide you a binded copy of your wedding ceremony for personal keep sake and a vow book.

Once the ceremony is complete, I will send off your official marriage documents to Births, Deaths & Marriages.

We suggest to wait 2 weeks before submitting your certified change of name document or certified marriage certificate.

What made me first want to be a Celebrant?

IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

When my Sister Emma got engaged she thought it would be special for me to look after their wedding. She has always felt with my bubbly, outgoing and caring nature I bring the best out in others would be the perfect match to be a Marriage Celebrant.

Emma was right. I absolutely LOVE what I do & was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Sarah was an easy choice for us. She was the first celebrant to respond to our enquiry, and was very proactive in organising meetings and paperwork. Sarah is bright and bubbly, which is exactly what we needed for our amazing day! She made sure the processed was clearly explained and sorted it all, so all we had to do was sign. We were able to 100% rely on Sarah, and this is something that you need from a celebrant when you are trying to do a million things at once leading up to the wedding. We are so grateful for her!

Sarah is our life saver! 6 weeks out from our big day, our wedding celebrant had been MIA and we hadn’t even filed our notice!! We messaged Sarah and asked her if she could help us out. She was more than happy to be our Celebrant despite the wedding being mid-week and last notice. We met with Sarah the next day and filled out all of our paperwork and our wedding ceremony was underway! Sarah was incredibly personable and super professional and made the whole thing so simple and so much fun. She drove out to our ceremony location for a rehearsal despite it being in the middle of nowhere and put us at ease. Sarah made our day extra special and she did an incredible job and I wouldn’t change it. She gave us a folder of keepSakes to remember our day. Couldn’t have asked for anyone more incredible!!
