Our Wedding Spaces:

  • The Gardens - Situated on 5 acres of equisite, manicured gardens, Springfield House offers a year-round lush bushland setting as the perfect grounds for you to roam around on your special day. Exclusive to you and your guests, the gardens provide the perfect backdrop for a dreamy photoshoot or an intimate garden ceremony to say ‘I Do’ surrounded by the chirping bellbirds and sounds of nature.
  • The Manor - Built in 1973, the Manor is adorned with boutique furniture and architectural detailing that oozes elegance, charm and warmth. The Manor can accommodate up to 200 seated guests or intimate affairs for 90 guests. The boutique room offers a private bridal suite upstairs for touch-ups, canapes and refreshments, a deck that overlooks the lush gardens and a charming event space to dance the night away. If you’re after a space that welcomes boutique celebrations, this is the one.
  • The Pavilion - A temporary marquee structure available for you to enchant your guests and create the wedding and event of your dreams. Completely visible from all angles with glass panels, featuring double glass doors on entry and a 6-metre peaked clear ceiling, you will feel like you’re in the open air. This blank space can be set up to cater for an intimate wedding of 180 guests or a luxurious affair hosting up to 350 guests.

Claudia has grown up in and amongst the wedding and events industry, witnessing the magic of events. Being involved in the family business over a number of years in which time she has been well acquainted into every aspect of the hospitality industry. She is in her element when it comes to helping brides and grooms in achieving a memorable wedding day and is generous in sharing her innovative ideas and knowledge to help plan and organise your special day right down to the most intricate details.

FAQ

Yes, we can tailor make packages to suit the requirements of our clients

The venue and grounds are exclusive to you and your guests. We will only hold one function at any given time.

When minimum numbers are not met, you are still required to pay the minimum spend.

Yes we have menu tasting nights which are held every 2-3 months throughout the year. You will be given notice of scheduled dates once you’ve booked.

Yes we do cater for dietary requirements such as vegan, vegetarians, allergies, celiacs, halal, and there is no extra cost* involved. You will need to advise at least two weeks prior to the wedding date. It is a good idea to ask your guests when you send out invitations, if they have any special dietary needs.

*Conditions may apply subject to the complexity and volume of the dietary requirements.

Our maximum numbers in the Manor are 150 for a sit down using oval shaped tables, 180 sit down using banquet tables, or 250 people with cocktail. For the Pavilion we require a minimum of 180 guests and can accomodate up to 350 guests.

Absolutely! We only allow pets to attend the ceremony on our grounds and are required to have a dedicated pet sitter. Animals will not be allowed into the reception areas.

Yes we do. All external caterers must be Gold Licensed, HACCP approved and is at management's discretion.

First and foremost, I highly recommend this venue and team. We held both our ceremony and reception here on the 17th of Dec 2021 and i couldn't give a more glowing review to Claudia, Frank, Soli, and the Springfield House Team. They were incredibly accomodating, professional, welcoming, trustworthy, and understood of our vision and brought it to life. They were accomodating around the challenges that arose with the pandemic. They were professional in handling any tricky scenarios leading up to the big day and on the big day, they were welcoming bringing the warmth of a family run business, they were trustworthy and this was proven over and over again on the big day, they understood our vision, ensured seamless execution and added to our vision with their recommendations. This is all in addition to the fact that the venue itself is GORGEOUS!
