We are a Sydney based business delivering unique hand made bomboniere and gifts for all occasions, Australia Wide. We love creating beautiful and memorable bombonieres for our customers. Our job is also our passion and we are proud of all our creations. Our aim is to provide a fully customised experience for our customers, it is our job to bring your vision to life.

Step 1: Once you have placed an order we will review your order within 24hrs, at this point we check all details of your order, you may receive a call or SMS from us to discuss your order in more detail.
Step 2: Once payment has been received drafts will then be sent for approval.
Step 3: Your order production will commence approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the date required.
Step 4: Once your order is ready to dispatch or be picked up you will receive a notification email, this email will include tracking information if applicable or pick-up instructions.
Orders are prioritised in line with event/ required date.
Generally production of an order takes 2-3 weeks depending on the nature and quantity of the order.
If your order is being sent via courier we reccomend putting your required date 2-3 weeks earlier then your event date if possible, this gives plenty of time incase of shipping delays.
If an order is needed within a 2-3 week time frame, please select 'RUSH MY ORDER' and select express shipping or Local Pick Up as a shipping option.
***Please note that if you book an order for an event far in advance your order will not be made until closer to the date provided.***
We are located in Sydney, NSW Australia. However, we service Australia Wide.
We offer pick up from Lidcombe 2141 at checkout. Address is only supplied once order has been completed and is ready for pick up.
Certain changes may be made on your order such as increasing quantities & changing ribbon colour, providing ample notice has been recieved.
Our items are purchased to order, therefore once your order is confirmed you cannot change your order to something else. In the case that we are able to change your order becasue we have not yet purchased items we will endevour to assist you as much as possible, however due to the personalsied nature of Bomboinieres in many cases we are unable to change your order once it has been confirmed.
Please note that once proofs have been approved there is no way to change personalised items such as tags.
Due to the personalised nature of Bomboinieres in most cases we are unable cancel your order. Our items are purchased to order, therefore once your order is confirmed your items will be purchased specificaly for you.
