Service Description
The Swing View Function Centre. This venue boasts views of the fairway, Perth city skyline and golf course lakes. The Function Centre can accommodate up to 100 guests cocktail style and 80 guests seated.
With built-in AV equipment and black out blinds, the room is ideal for seminars and presentations as well as cocktail parties, sundowners and dinners.
The Lakes Room, adjacent to the Fairway Tavern, offers spectacular view out over the greens and is perfect for your next social or corporate function.
The Lakes can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated function, or 180 cocktail style, and allows for the opportunity of also utilising our outdoor alfresco area.
With the planned redevelopment in full swing, this area will soon be able to accommodate up to 500 guests with a beautiful new alfresco decking area.

Catering for 270 people isn't easy. We had a 8pc cocktail menu plus platters plus a bottomless bar tab. These guys handled the drinks better than the food. Drinks were excellent - lil pricey. Food - great value for money, good quality but not enough staff serving the food. Catering manager was very easy to deal with. Thanks Steve
