I had very little understanding of flowers and bouquet styles but these guys seemed to read my mind and the flowers were perfect. At times I felt like 'just another customer' so a more warming approach would have given the 5th star.

Annie was so easy-going and relaxed and knew what to do to enhance our individual features and also how to differentiate the 'look' of myself and the bridesmaids to complement our dresses and our own personalities. Everything about liaising with Annie was easy! I'll be using her again!

Aly Damant is a true professional whilst being warm and friendly and clearly wanting the best for us on our important day. Nothing was too much trouble and she knows the business backwards. She had so much time for us I felt like we were her only clients!

Fantastic after wedding support with returns of double up's or faulty items and discounts for items not bought. We also had some items sourced from interstate that weren't in stock in QLD and this was no trouble at all.
