Where do I start? From the very get-go, Jan was unerringly helpful and knowledgeable, so much so that it felt like she was always a step ahead of us! Michelle and I had planned to marry over Christmas while she was visiting after we were separated for 9 months due to covid-19. . We didn't know that 30 day's is notice required by BD&M for the NOIM and had to request a shortening period - while the BD&M office was closed . Michelle had to return home overseas on the 10th and all seemed lost at times but Jan persisted with enquiring on our behalf and guiding us as to what to do next. She wed us on 9 Jan in a simple but meaningful private ceremony and we couldn't have asked for more. Heartfelt and with depth. Thanks Jan, I'd give you 6 stars if possible.
