Kerryn made our wedding cake which was 3 tiers. The bottom tier was chocolate with choc frosting filling, middle tier was red velvet with cream cheese frosting filling and top tier was mocha with coffee frosting filling. We had a white fondant iced cake with gold leaf along the top trim of each tier, and was beautifully decorated with white roses & baby's breath. The cake was absolutely perfect, better than I ever dreamed! Each tier and flavour was amazingly delicious and moist - even a few days later! Our guests kept complimenting the cake all night. The whole experience with Kerryn from start to finish was very professional and easy to deal with - even with the 3 times we postponed our wedding due to the 2020 pandemic - she was very patient! Would definitely recommend her to make a cake for your next event!
