Kylie did my bridal tan and our bridal party makeup. I had a trial day with Kylie and she made sure I was happy with everything every step along the way. As someone who rarely gets tans, when I looked in the mirror after the tan settled I was shocked with how great it looked! My makeup lasted through the day and night, through all the tears and the hugs and the dancing. Our bridesmaids, like me, all never wear make up, and it was awesome to see them all dressed up and feeling good about themselves. Absolutely recommend Kylie for her exceptional work and professionalism.

Mary went above and beyond as our Photo Booth operator, guests loved getting photos of themselves with the accessories and Mary is such a beautiful person. Guests can immediately email the photos to themselves and you can add the printed option for a small fee. We received a copy of all images the next day. Book with Bodz and you won’t be disappointed! We got a beautiful guest signature photobook after our wedding which will be a treasured item for years to come!

100% recommend Vanessa and the Apollo team not only as a wedding venue, but overall service! We stayed at the Apollo three nights- two in the honeymoon suite and one the night before. The venue was beautiful with the bush backdrop which you’d never guess is just 10 minutes from a major shopping centre. Food was amazing, the staff I cannot praise enough as they all went above and beyond to make our day special. Vanessa’s communication as our coordinator was fantastic, frequently checking in months in advance and making sure everything went smoothly on the day. The reception room is right near the ceremony rotunda so guests don’t have to travel with several of ours opting to stay the night. Charlestown square is only 5 minutes drive away for any last minute needs. Vanessa added extra little touches to make our reception area look amazing and we took photos in the greenery. Apollo now offer a package deal which includes everything we had at our wedding and you definitely get more for what you pay- almost everything is already sorted for you so less stress which is always welcomed!

Mel is the beautiful and bubbly celebrant that married us. She has several packages and we went with full inclusive one and it was 100% worth it. Mel kept in touch regularly and we had two meetings before our wedding, although she offered more but they weren’t needed. She made sure to check in with both of us as we were getting ready on the big day, and we loved the extra little touches she provided. Guests say she was great at keeping them entertained while waiting for the isle walk. Our marriage certificate arrived the next week as Mel made sure to file all paperwork promptly. If you’re looking for someone who is friendly and fun but also professional Mel is your gal!

We ordered the emerald green velvet infinity dresses for our bridesmaids along with the book they sell that has 99 ways to style them. All four of our bridesmaids loved them and looked fantastic. We even got them on sale for half price. They are easy to trim as no sewing is required- just cut the length. The only downside was that the matching tube top was out of stock and never came back in stock before the wedding. I have since bought my own lux satin infinity dress and get lots of compliments on how great it looks when I wear it.
