Venue is absolutely gorgeous, food delicious however customer service was incredibly lacking in the leadup to our wedding where they tried to change our wedding package to another package with zero notice, leaving us with less inclusions (set food selections which we never would have chosen and reduced duration) for only a slight decrease in cost. Only after alot of tears and pleading to have them honour our original booking and selections, they did so. I understand COVID has had us in really unprecedented times, but not offering any flexibility with a "COVID package" was an incredibly poor experience in the lead up to such an important day.

Lulu is amazing to work with, explains what products she uses and for what reasons and gave me such great advice on skincare in the leadup to my wedding. I felt so pretty! Thoroughly recommend.

Holly was a dream to work with. I felt so pretty and she made everything so easy to deal with on the day. Communication was excellent and she helped really put me at ease with all my wedding nerves! She absolutely perfected all my bridesmaids and my Mum’s hair on our day.

Andrew was a pleasure to deal with all the way through our wedding planning to the actual day. We had our photos back within a few days after the wedding and our album arrived in early December. He really understands light and the way it needs to be captured to get the perfect shot. The depth of colour in his portfolio is what led me to book him. The only thing I wish I remembered to do was give Andrew a list of specific photos I wanted to get!

Laura and her partner were amazing to work with from start to finish. We booked her only 4 weeks before our wedding due to COVID stopping the majority of my family from attending the wedding at the last minute. The live stream was easy to watch (just a youtube link) and was even available after the wedding to watch for those who couldn’t watch live. Laura also worked really well with our photographer. Our videos were available within a month after the wedding and she kept us up to date the whole time. Thoroughly recommend!

Absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. Delivery was seamless and we still have some cake sealed and frozen in the freezer for another time! Communication was perfect. Effortlessly arranged for samples within 24hrs of booking - all of which were absolutely delicious!

I first visited the store in July 2019 with my Mum and bridesmaids. We’d just finished visiting another bridal dress store near Castle Towers where we had an incredibly pushy saleswoman who told us “no champagne for you unless you buy a dress”. Said dress was majorly over my budget, I wasn’t allowed to try on all the dresses she had and I didn’t even want champagne considering it was 10 in the morning. We then took a breather and headed straight over to Jean Fox, where our stylist put me at ease, let me try on as many dresses as I wanted and take as much time as I needed. I wasn’t intending on buying the dress that day, however I found the dress and fell in love with it. Communication in the lead up to appointment & delivery of dress was FANTASTIC
