Fenix Events went above and beyond to ensure we had the most amazing day. We were one of the unlucky couples impacted by the sudden closure of The Willows only 8 weeks out from our big day. We were blessed that Fenix Events was available on our date and could accommodate our numbers at such short notice. From the start the team was nothing but welcoming, helpful and friendly in getting our wedding put back together in such a short period of time. From our first meeting with Marjie to get our date locked in to working with Aimie up until the day on all the details, we felt like we were being taken care of by a team who truly wanted the best for us. Our family was able to enjoy an amazing tasting night together ahead of the day and Aimie was always available to answer any question we had. All our guests commented on how attentive the staff were, the quality of the food and wine and the overall feel of the space was magical. On the day I didn’t have to worry about a thing, they had it handled and made our day what it was. Thank you again to all the team at Fenix, you helped us literally turn our frowns upside down and couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate this special day in our lives.

There are not enough words to describe Charis. One of the best decisions we made was having her oversee the most important part of the day. We met Charis at a bridal showcase and knew from our very first conversation that we didn’t need to look for anyone else. She was warm, welcoming and genuine. We had a great conversation with her over coffee a few weeks later and worked out all the details for the how the big day would go. Charis went above and beyond in so many ways, I am originally from interstate and there was no time for my dad to come to Melbourne for a rehearsal until the day before, so she went out of her way to record a video that I could show him and practice with to ease his nerves. 8 weeks out from our big day, Charis made contact with me whilst she was enjoying a much-deserved break with her family to let us know that through the grapevine she had found out that our wedding venue The Willows had closed up. If it wasn’t for her, we would have found out from the news that evening. Even during her family holiday, she was helping myself and other brides by calling people in the industry she knows to see if they had venues for us & in the weeks following, she would check in on us just to make sure were ok. Our ceremony was delivered beautifully, it was warm and loving. To this day all our family and friends comment that it was the best ceremony they have had the pleasure of being apart of and that was because of Charis. We feel so lucky that we could have her be apart of our day.

Triple R were amazing. We had always dreamed of arriving in vintage cars to our wedding and were lucky enough to get the Jaguar MK5 for our big day. Their cars are well kept and the drivers are just lovely, would highly recommend.

6 out 5 stars. From the bouquets to the arbour to the table centrepieces, Juliet Louise Weddings went above and beyond to bring our vision for the wedding to life. Their flowers are of incredible quality and they looked stunning. From our first meeting to the big day, everything was easy. Would highly recommend, thank you Ana and Sanja for everything you did.

One of the best decisions I made for the big day was to go through d'Italia for my dress. I knew I wanted a long sleeve gown for my winter wedding but really couldn't find anything that used high quality lace that wasn't priced at an obscene amount. I went through and picked out a variety of lace options that was within my budget and at no time was I ever pressured into looking at the most expensive lace, it was all about what would look and work best with my design concept and body. Once the perfect fabric was found, I was assigned to a dressmaker that would be suited to carry out my idea. The entire process was easy, and I loved seeing my dream dress come to life. Dragana was incredible and made me my perfect dress. I personally think if you want genuine lace and not the overpriced polyester then look no further, their fabric is truly stunning and worth every dollar.
