After passing the phone test, we decided to meet Fiona Covassi at her home and were greeted professionally yet warmly. She provided a folder of materials to assist with writing vows/knowing what to expect for ceremony planning. We’d already decided on her, but she was very non-pressure-y(?). We filled in her simple questionnaire about ourselves. From this she easily drafted the ceremony. On the day Fiona seemed in her element. She made herself known to bride and groom separately/briefly (very reassuring to know she was there!) She was happy, warm, confident and had clearly read the emails I’d sent last minute. Fiona had a table in-case we needed and her PA system had no issues. Near the end of the ceremony a maxi-cab appeared, outside the window of our picturesque backdrop. The show must go on. Fiona was unfazed, which helped myself and the groom to resonate this too! 10/10
