Devastating experience with my dream dress. They told me not to worry about the length of my dress and that they could order it in shorter. Well they didn't and then didn't even apologise. They took it up and made me pay for it and THEN the day before they were goin to let a tiny hem out to remove a tiny ripple but removed all the interfacing so when I put the dress on, on the day it didn't hug my hips at all. I was in tears. That place has no respect for the bride. they just do what they think is best and as soon as they have your money that is it. I would suggest go in, try on the dresses and by online then take it to an alterations person.
