Did a good job, the pyrotechnics looked nice for our entrance, first dance and cake cutting. The fog machine worked very nicely for our first dance. When they were initially setting up for our first dance, the sparklers weren't spread out enough, but they were happy to move them further towards the edge of the dancefloor, so no issues.

Overall, it was great, driver was very gracious and friendly, drive was smooth, the car was nice. At one point the driver got the owner of the company on the phone to have a quick chat with us and congratulate us, which was a nice touch. The only very minor issue was that one of the glasses seemed to not have been cleaned, appeared to still have lipstick marks around the mouth of the glass.

The night with this supplier was good overall however there were some issues that brought this review down to a 4 instead of a 5. We had an unfortunate experience with the wedding coordinator on the night - they approached us shortly after we had arrived at the venue to congratulate us, but then started bickering with us regarding the specifics of our farewell from the venue. The issue is less about the problem with the exit, and more that they didn't bring the issue to our specified point of contact, and instead added more for us to think about on an already full-on night. Additionally, when the cake was served, it wasn't accompanied by any cutlery, so we had to eat it with our hands, which is a bit of a nitpick, but given that we were all dressed up, would have been nice to keep our hands clean. It was also brought to our attention that there was a issue with one of our bridesmaids and her partner - they were labelled as 'just friends' by one of the staff, which we felt was a bit offensive. On the upside, the Duty Manager, Abby, was fantastic. She would go down to the bridal suite and grab things for us, made sure we were happy, and just generally went above and beyond. She would frequently check on us, always with a very positive, upbeat attitude. Overall, the venue was good: lovely location, good food, and was generally accommodating of our requests. Just a few nitpicks, but given the occasion, and the amount being spent, you really hope for it to be perfect.

Toni is an amazing and wonderful MC. She kept the hype going and had fun with us during the night. She would make sure I had all my food (which was fabulous) and absolutely came to bat when it was needed. We had a hiccup with the venue and she was amazing. We had actually found Toni through a friend who had her as a celebrant and the way she had done things there had stuck in our mind. I would 100% recommend her to anyone who needed either an MC or a celebrant. You can't go wrong with her!
