We had the amazing Nicolas from C’est Bon cater our wedding with Private Dining evening in Port Douglas with a 6 course degustation menu with added escargot option. We are from Western Australia and the communication via phone and email to make our night’s menu perfect was amazing and seamless, even with my allergies to certain foods. The food on the night was sooo delicious and beautifully presented and the special effort to include our 7 year old which included making her favourite dish for the night (lasagna) and presenting her dessert plate with her name in berry sauce made her feel super special. The table set up was beautiful and the price for everything that was provided was beyond fair and better than any restaurant we had looked at for our wedding party. If you are looking for event catering make contact with Nicolas and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed, oh and try the escargot 🐌 it was delicious and our whole wedding party was happy they actually gave it a go, even our 7 year old that ate 3 😜 Thanks Nicolas for your amazing service, attitude and wholesomeness ✌️
