We first saw the Fitzroy Inn online and instantly felt drawn to it. This feeling continued during emailing with them and when we finally met them and saw the venue in person we knew we'd been right to trust our gut. The venue is stunning, with beautiful gardens, so much history in the buildings and the staff were so welcoming and friendly! Cathy went above and beyond for us, answering all our many many questions and was very accommodating in finalising our numbers about four times (thanks Covid!). A lot of venues had rigid time frames etc, but the Fitzroy Inn was happy to tailor our experience exactly as we wanted. Everything ran smoothly on the day (Cathy is a boss event planner), there are multiple stunning ceremony/reception locations, wet weather alternatives and accommodation on site.

Emma was recommended to me by another supplier and I'm so glad I gave her a call, she's friendly, bubbly, understanding and of course, very talented! She understood exactly what I envisioned and spent so long making me look perfect, I felt so pampered and when she was finished I felt like a princess - I felt so glam I didn't feel like myself! I was especially impressed when she applied false eyelashes one by one! And, as someone whose hair doesn't hold curls, she did very well to painstakingly coax my hair into beautiful curls that lasted even into the next day. I had so much fun with Emma, and felt so relaxed in her hands. I can't recommend her enough!

Dave was the only supplier we HAD to have for our wedding. He's very popular and when you meet him you'll understand why - he's fun, relaxed and has a way with words. He genuinely cares about every couple he marries and is a true romantic - he even told us he shed a few tears when he read what we wrote for our ceremony! He went above and beyond for us and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time on our day. We felt so relaxed in his company, like having an old friend marry us. We can't recommend Dave enough!
