Natasha was absolutely amazing. Her communication throughout the whole process was absolutely incredible and we really appreciated how much time she took to explain everything to us and ensured we were up to date with all of our paperwork. She went above and beyond our expectations and were so professional and fun throughout the whole process. The staff were excellent and so accommodating. We had 40 guests stay at this hotel as our wedding was only down the road and they could not have made the process easier for our guests. The rooms were absolutely stunning as was the pool and lagoon! Such a relaxing and beautiful place to stay pre and post wedding.

Suzy's professionalism and easy going personality was so refreshing and fun, especially on a stressful morning! I originally did not like my trial makeup (although I loved my hair) and Suzy could tell I wasn't happy so she was more then happy for me to come back for another trial, without charge, and nailed it - she wanted to make sure I was 100% happy before the big day. On the actual wedding day, she absolutely nailed it and I was over the moon with how everything turned out, as were my bridesmaids. Beautiful work! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Such an amazing DJ! The wedding night was exactly how we wanted it and the DJ really knew how to read the mood of the crowd and made everyone want to dance and have a great time. Absolutely exceptional music selection! Brad was so professional and receptive during our consultation and nailed it! One of the best things we did was hire DJ Brad for our wedding! Thank you!

I couldn't recommend this venue enough. Our wedding would not have been so amazing without the incredible staff here, Adele - our wedding coordinator from the venue - went above and beyond our expectations and we can't thank her enough for everything she has done. The whole process was made easy by her excellent communication, professionalism and organisation. The venue itself was absolutely stunning and every single guest commented on how amazing it looked and how great the staff were. Highly recommend!!!

The driver Vic was absolutely wonderful! He was so lovely and professional on the day and it was one less thing that I had to stress over. My only criticism was that the communication prior to the day wasn't great, we had to chase them up a few times to get quotes etc However on the day, everything went exactly to plan and time.
