The team at the Quality Hotel served delicious food. Everything was better than I imagined and all the guest raved about the food. The staff did well to accommodate for dietary requirements and even made a meal on the spot when I had misinformed them of one allergy. Venue hire was $69/person inc 3 course meal.

Wedding guests stayed at the Quality Hotel before and after the wedding. Bed and breakfast price for guests was discounted at $150/night twin share. Everyone was pleased with the value for money and convenience of staying at the location of the reception. All staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Jay at Explosive was very good with communication and planning in the lead up to the day. The DJ on the night did a great job and even stayed an extra hour when the guests weren't ready to stop dancing. The DJ created a great atmosphere and played all the right songs at the right times, really paying attention to what the guests liked.

The girls at Circle of Love provided excellent service and timely responses to my emails. On the day almost everything went smoothly but unfortunately there had been some slight communication errors but the blame is 50/50. I would recommend meeting at the venue before the day. The coordinator on the day did a great job making sure everyone and everything was where it was meant to be.

Cara was our coordinator for the day- she was absolutely fantastic. She Contacted me about two weeks out and answered any queries that I had. On the day she ensured that everything ran smoothly and quickly acted when a few small hiccups arose. The rest of the staff did a wonderful job with decorations, serving, and clean up. Everyone was very professional and polite

Robyn and Ian are a great team. Robyn was very attentive to my emails and phone calls right from the beginning. The couple made a competitive rate for me. Ian called a few days out to confirm venues with me. He was excellent on the day and didn't cause a fuss when i was running late. He was very professional and gave us wonderful service.

I was exceptionally happy with the registry service at Myer. I amended my list at severl stores and all staff that served me were helpful and polite. I haven't had any complaints from guest so I'm guessing they were all happy with the service too. My sister in law received very helpful service at the Robina and Pacific Fair stores.
