The hotel did provide with what we wanted and did everything they could to sort out our needs. However, there were some major difficulties due to the distance. We have engaged the venue very early, 3 years before the actual wedding. This isn't anything normal and hence I wouldn't say that it's the hotel's fault for being disorganised with our wedding. During this time, the venue have gone under few changes and we were not informed until 3 months before the wedding. After we were informed regarding the changes, there were a lot of things that needed to be taken care of, everthing that we had arranged was not included. Lots of emails and phone calls to just iron out the details. Even after ironing out the details, few things were not quite right. However, grand scheme of things, the venue looked great, staff members were friendly and etc.

John was very professional with how he had engaged with us. He has set a great atmosphere for the wedding from the start till the end. Very flexible with how he has managed the whole night. To be completely honest, I wasn't too sure at the start whether or not we should get a DJ for the wedding. I originally thought that playing music on a playlist would be good. I couldn't be more wrong in my life, John has delicately chosen the music accordingly to suit the atmosphere and the crowd. Please, if you want your wedding to be set out right contact Pro DJ's Australia and they'll sort you out. Highly recommended.
