James from Gia Events was a pleasure to deal with, acting with professionalism and being very communicative throughout the process from booking, right through to checking in after our wedding. We appreciated his attention to detail in the lead up to the event and being proactive to download music ahead of time when our venue had limited reception. James played almost all the songs we had requested in advance and balanced this with reading the crowd and playing the classics guaranteed to keep the dance floor going.

Tanya was so lovely and professional to work with. In all of our conversations it was clear we were on the same page about the vision for the wedding. She put so much care and detail into every step along the way, I was impressed right from the proposal she sent through at the start of my enquiry. She thought of everything which was one less thing for me to worry about knowing she was on top of it all. And finally, the flower arrangements themselves were so stunning and even better than I could have pictured. The bouquets were elegant with a touch of fun, and the bridal bouquet had just enough extra to be special without being too big or too much to detract from me on the day. Tanya also put together a beautiful floral piece for the gazebo where our ceremony took place. Thank-you Tanya for everything!

I found my perfect dress at Fairytales and the process was so easy. They have a huge selection and I enjoyed the freedom of being left to sort through all the gowns at my own pace, and then having the assistance there when it was needed. They often have great sales or deals on as well, which helps for such a big ticket item!

We were so thrilled with Lyrebird Falls for our wedding. From the moment we first visited on a venue tour, we knew it was perfect. The greenery, gardens, fairy lights and gazebo are the most beautiful backdrop and added even more magic to our special day. It's so helpful to have a large carpark and ceremony location & reception area all in one place as well as not needing to go offsite for photos. The food was so delicious and the portion sizes generous, our guests raved about this. And most importantly, the staff made our day a dream come true. Louise held our venue tour and was our venue coordinator and MC on the day. Right from the start, she was so friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and educating us on all things wedding! She was professional and accommodating, and her organisation was next level, making sure everything on the day ran like a well-oiled machine, and checking up on us to make sure there were no changes to plan. We are telling all our friends and family what a fantastic venue Lyrebird Falls is and hope to be back to visit soon attending one of their weddings!
