“Barefoot was THE perfect venue for our laid back, intimate beach wedding! A stroll to the pristine beach for the ceremony and elegant yet casual reception on the decks surrounded by lush tropical gardens! Yes please. We couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect wedding day, we chose to work with Byron Bay Weddings & everything fell perfectly into place! Our entire immediate family enjoyed staying at the house for the entire week and it was beyond incredible. The location and short drive to Byron town, has you in the heart of it all & feeling like you’ve been whisked away to private and secluded Broken Head. The spacious communal areas & private rooms ensured everyone had their own space and could retreat whenever desired yet full family dinners were a hoot! The layout is a dream. Frances was a delight. We can’t wait to come back!

We couldn't have been happier with our wedding flowers! I described my vision and sent some inspo and everything was perfect, even better than I could have imagined. Caroline was wonderful, she was very easy to communicate with and even got creative when our chosen arbour wasn't an option on the sand, she reassured me and created something even more magical. Grace Loves Lace were a life saver!!! I had fitting issues with my original dress just 7 days before my interstate wedding. The team got straight on the phone after my email enquiry on a rush dress, got me in for a fitting on arrival (stylist was helpful and honest) and made sure my new dress was available for pick up within 24hrs. Just 2 days before our wedding. I wore the MENHA gown, light, comfortable, beautifully swishy to dance in and a dream on the beach. This was actually the very first dress i had my eye on...i guess what's meant to be will be, ha! I'm so thankful for the GLL team for their amazing service. I couldn't have been happier in my Menha.

Ben & Kristie were wonderful! They made everyone feel at ease, often floating around just out of sight, you almost forgot they were there, which made for some amazing candid shots. They made sure to check in with any requests we may have had and ensured they got everything we were hoping for. Our friends and family all commented on how awesome they were and how especially great they were with all the little kids. We love our images and will treasure them for a lifetime!
