We recently celebrated our wedding at Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was absolutely incredible. The venue itself is stunning and was the perfect setting for our special day, but what truly made it unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, warm, and so accommodating - nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The coordination team and on-the-day staff were exceptional. Everything ran so smoothly behind the scenes that we were able to just relax and enjoy every moment. The bar staff, accommodation team, and hotel staff were all equally amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we and our guests were well looked after. A special mention to some of the incredible team members who made such a difference throughout our wedding journey: Korinne was amazing throughout the many months of planning leading up to our special day, patiently working through every detail with us and ensuring everything came together perfectly. Erin was fantastic on the day, keeping us calm and coordinating everything seamlessly to make sure it all ran smoothly. Mary Rose did an outstanding job ensuring the service flowed effortlessly and that all of our guests were well looked after. She kept a close eye on our bar tab and was always on the ball with anything that came up unexpectedly. Jenny was equally wonderful, taking such great care of us and the bridal party throughout the day. Their care, attention to detail, professionalism, and calm presence made our experience truly unforgettable. ❤️ The accommodation was fantastic and made the whole weekend so convenient for us and our guests. Having everything in one place created such a wonderful atmosphere and allowed everyone to make the most of the celebrations. We’ve received countless compliments from our guests about the venue, service, food, and overall experience. It was everything we had hoped for and more. A huge thank you to the entire team for helping create such an unforgettable day. We would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional service and a team that truly cares!
