Kooyonga Golf Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. From our first meeting with Lavinia, the Functions & Events Manager, we were put completely at ease and knew it was exactly what we were looking for. One of the main reasons we loved Kooyonga was the incredible flexibility of the indoor and outdoor spaces, giving us peace of mind regardless of the weather. We had been searching for a stunning setting that offered this layout flexibility alongside a supportive, friendly team, and we absolutely got everything we wanted. We opted for a cocktail-style wedding and hired external furniture to create a relaxed, casual vibe. With couches and rugs inside, and large umbrellas and more seating outside, it all came together beautifully. Lavinia and her team worked seamlessly with our suppliers to ensure everything was set up exactly how I had pictured, and when we arrived we were absolutely blown away! Because I get migraines when stressed, I had a fair bit of anxiety in the lead-up to the wedding about what would happen if I became unwell. Lavinia was incredibly supportive and reassuring, making sure we had a contingency plan to shuffle timelines around or give me time away from the noise if needed. In the end, everything went perfectly and it wasn't required—but just having that plan and a team ready to back me up was exactly what I needed to stay stress-free and enjoy the day. We are so grateful to Lavinia and her team for making our wedding day so incredibly beautiful!

Jannah was absolutely incredible, both on the wedding day and in the lead-up! She did hair and makeup for me, my mum, and my sister, and we all felt so beautiful. I really couldn't recommend her highly enough and am so glad she was a part of my day. In the preparation phase, having her offer extra services like tanning and eyebrow waxing was incredibly convenient. We were able to do a couple of trial runs with the tanning to ensure I was completely happy with the colour, and her handy tip sheet for prep was so helpful since I hadn't had a fake tan in years! I get migraines when stressed, so I had a lot of anxiety around what I would do if I was unwell on the day. Jannah was incredibly understanding, patient, and supportive during my trial and pre-day tanning appointments. On the day, she came to my house to get us ready before my partner and I left for pre-wedding photos. To help manage my anxiety, I chose to have Jannah come to the venue for touch-ups before the ceremony. While this wasn't required in the end because everything held so perfectly, it was just so comforting having her there just in case! Jannah truly went above and beyond. I am so grateful she was part of my day, and I felt absolutely beautiful the entire time!
