It’s taken me 4 months to finally think about my wedding day, as I am quite saddened by my whole experience. We were introduce to 7 different wedding coordinators, when we were finally we’re out in touch with Ria. There was radio silence from Ria up until 2 weeks prior to the wedding, ignored any emails or questions that were a bit tricky to answer (why we were being charged mystery figures etc). Our menu tasting was 2 weeks before the wedding date (originally told 3 months prior), and due to the time of year and Christmas closures our stationary company couldn’t get them made. On the morning of the wedding the hotel fire alarm went off at 2am, the employees were untrained and didn’t know how to safety evacuate guests from the hotel. Raw chicken was served to 40% of our guests. Such an utter shame.
