Madie is lovely and was very easy to deal with from the beginning. Our wedding cake was so delicious! It was berry cheesecake flavoured. And it looked stunning! We also had cookies made for our 230 guests as bonbonerie, they looked really good. So many of our guests couldn't stop raving about how yummy both the cake and cookies are.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous, the food and drinks were amazing. The service from Lauren and all the staff at Plaza Ballroom was outstanding. Everyone were so attentive. Our guests couldn't stop gushing to us about how impressed they were with this venue especially how amazing the service Plaza Ballroom provided. Everyone loved the food so much and were very happy with the drink selection. Plaza Ballroom made our day so special and we all had such a phenomenal time which we will never forget. The service Plaza ballroom provided was absolutely impeccable and of the highest quality we have ever experienced from day one until the end of our wedding day. We highly recommend Plaza Ballroom to anyone.
