Sam and her team at The Infinity Collective truly are exceptional. My husband and I fell in love with their work from the first time we saw it at one of the wedding expos we attended - it was so beautifully and professionally presented. The business truly is testament to Samantha's incredible work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism and personality as a whole. The way she runs her business is incredible. Her expertise in both photography and the wedding industry as a whole are phenomenal. When we had our final meeting with Sam, she provided us with some really great insights on the how the logistics of the day should run to ensure we get the best possible photos and the things she said radiated experience and trust. She was so supportive throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how organised she was with the questionnaires and gathering all the information she needed through their very user-friendly portal. I cried tears of joy after that final meeting, because in amongst the stress of it all, Samantha had instilled in me pure confidence that she had everything under control. And she did. Our day did not go as per my carefully curated timeline AT ALL (which had nothing to do with The Infinity Collective in the slightest). The Infinity Collective team however, rolled with the punches and took control of the situation to ensure we could adapt to make the most of what time we had to work with. I remember so clearly a point in our day when we were supposed to be getting our 'getting ready' photos, but our toddlers were refusing to nap, screaming and crying instead. I was getting a bit frazzled by the whole thing, when Sam stopped me, looked me in the eye and said what every mum with distressed kids wants to hear: "they're upset, it's not their normal routine and they're missing you. Go be with them, it's what they need". I did, and once they had settled, Sam even helped me move their cots to somewhere they could see us so we could continue with the rest of the photos. She was so understanding and I was so so grateful. Our sneak peeks were returned to us within TWO business days and they were so so perfect. Natasha is quite simply, the best. From the very moment we saw her, we knew instantly that we wanted her to marry us! Her vibrant personality and bubbly disposition radiated through the expo hall where we first saw her. She is everything you could possibly want in a celebrant and MC (and content creator! What can’t this woman do?!), and then some. For context, I am somebody who has quite high expectations of those around me and who likes to have things a particular way. Natasha not only met, but exceeded our expectations time and time again. She is an exceptionally hard worker, adaptable, organized and thoughtful. She is extraordinary at what she does and brings a flawless blend of professionalism and fun to the table. Natasha has the gift of making you feel like a lifelong friend no matter how long you’ve known her, and can command a space in a way that makes everybody feel at home. She is there for you every step of the way, and will guide you through assisting her to build the most perfect personalized ceremony (and reception). A fantastic problem-solver too, nothing ever seems too much for Natasha. Her connections, expertise and beautiful nature make choosing her for your next event a must!
