Food and staff were amazing. They handled everything so well. The paellas were amazing. One guest, a domestic masterchef, could not fault any of the food (never happens!). To keep Russians, Armenians, gluten and dairy free people fed and looked after to satisfaction is not an easy fete but you seemed to have it down easily. And the cake was PERFECTION!
