Phoebe communicated everything clearly and succinctly and maintained contact throughout the wedding planning process to ensure we understood the process and were happy with the ceremony she was preparing. She conducted a wonderful tea ceremony and civil ceremony in both English and Vietnamese and was very kind and approachable. We've already recommended her to our friends who are planning their own upcoming ceremonies and feel she is an excellent choice for a celebrant.
