Amazing Hairstylist, very easy to communicate with and perfected my hair even in the bali humidity. My flower crown sat perfectly all day and night. Em came all the way to bali with us and made my morning preparation a breeze she even had a dance with me. Highly recommend her, she has now become my regular hairdresser :)

Beautiful dresses at affordable prices however after waiting 3 months for my dress to be made to my measurements it was too small even though I had lost weight. I was told by staff that the stress of weddings causes weight gain and I would have to pay extra to get it altered. I got them to re measure me and compare it to the initial measurements which showed i had lost weight. So why was my dress so small. I was then told it was the design of the dress and it doesn't sit perfect on every body type and that they would not cover the costs of alteration. Eventually Luv bridal agreed to pay for alteration costs however i was told several times that it wasn't there problem and its not something they do and i should be lucky they were fixing it. No bride should have to feel this way or be spoken to in that manner

Beautiful resort however left without a hot shower on our wedding night and missed out on breakfast due to having to wait around for our shower to be fixed in the morning
