Looking for a 5 star hotel down around the Liverpool area? Then William Inglis will be right up your alley. The customer service was great, and the rooms are very clean and modern. They do have a strong horse racing theme going on in there, so if that does not bother you, they are worth spending a night or two there if you've got a big day.

Looking for tailored made suits for your bridal party that won't break your wallet too hard? Then Institchu is a good place to try. They even do discounts based on how big your group is, so the more bridal party members you have, the bigger the discount. On average, we spent roughly $1k for each suit and collared shirt for the big day. That's pretty good for tailored made. Just bare in mind they do have a lot of customers coming through, so you might need to make multiple trips if your measurements come up a little short.

If you're looking for a venue that's not too ballroom-y, but not too country either, then Ottimo House will be worth giving a look. The area is not only beautiful, but the staff and service is brilliant. Our wedding was on a super scorching hot day, and the event staff were kind enough to offer all our guests bottled water and umbrellas to keep us shaded and cool, free of charge. If that's not great customer service, then I don't know what is. They have three types of rooms to choose from, depending on your party size, as well as how country you want it to be. Definitely give them a shot if you're not keen on a wedding venue in the city.

Patricia was both our Marriage Celebrant for the Wedding Ceremony, as well as the Masters of Ceremonies for our reception. She is capable of speaking both Cantonese and English fluently, so if you're in the market for a Marriage Celebrant and a Masters of Ceremonies for the Cantonese side of your family, then she is a good choice. She performed her job excellently, as well as professionally. She explained the process for being registered for marriage well, and tried to keep everything simple for us. On the big day, she adjusted the script for the ceremony according to how simple or extensive we wanted it to be. And for the reception, she performed her job well, catering for both the english speakers, as well as the cantonese side.
