Chloe from Floral Affects was so amazing to communicate with and her eye for detail and floral work speaks for itself. I sent through a colour scheme and inspo pics and Chloe went above and beyond. Our bridal flowers and ceremony florals were more beautiful than we could have imagined. They were everything we had asked for and more! We would highly recommend Floral Affects and Event Hire to any couple needed flowers for their special day.

Great communication and super friendly. The deluxe king suite was absolutely beautiful and so much more than what we expected upon arrival. It was the perfect space for my husband and I to get away the night before and night of our wedding. And it was beyond perfect for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in the morning of the wedding. Bed was super spacious and comfortable and the shower was amazing! Loved having the two shower heads. Also received a complimentary bottle of bubbles which was a lovely touch. I believe this room is over the phone booking only but Would definitely recommend this room to those in need of bridal accommodation.

Chloe and her team went above about beyond to make our ceremony location at the hunter valley gardens look like something out of a fairytale. We used her company to add chiffon draping to aisle and hired an arbour and drapes. This company also did all our florals and it was just such a magical and breathtakingly beautiful set up. Excellent communication through the entire process and very understanding of any small requests regarding the layout of where we wanted the arbour and signing table arrangements to be set up. Would highly recommend to any couple needing a decorator/hire company.

Wedding Decorations

After falling in love with the gardens during a wedding fair we decided to book our ceremony with them atop of the waterfall outlook. The gardens event team were super easy to deal with and very accommodating to any concerns or requests we had, especially when we had to make the difficult decision to postpone. We did have have the wedding coordinator change a few times during the 2 years in the lead up to our day and communication could be slow at times. However they were always polite and helpful and when it came down to the big day, everything ran perfectly and it was so magical. The gardens themselves were STUNNING for our October wedding with everything looking lush, green and all the flowers in full bloom. It was beautiful and had so many compliments from guests about what a wonderful location it was. Definitely recommend the HVG.

Mel is the most incredible Celebrant! She is so bubbly, fun, outgoing and down to earth. Mel went above and beyond for my Husband and I. She is fantastic with her communication during the entire process and so helpful. From patiently waiting after we had to postpone, to delivering us a ceremony so personalised to my Hubby and I, it was beyond perfect and more than we could have imagined. 🙌🏼 We had endless compliments from all of our guests about how fun and beautiful the ceremony was, and how great of a personality Mel was. Jack and I are so grateful that we found Mel and had her be the one to marry us on our special day. 🥰 We would highly recommend Mel to anyone in need of a Celebrant!
