Yusuke was our photographer on the wedding day. He was amazing and his service was beyond expectation. Originally, we wanted to go to the venue a little earlier before the ceremony to get our photoshoot done, but Yusuke reassured us we will have enough time after the ceremony. We were so glad we took his advice not to spoil the surprise moment at the ceremony. We were both very emotional and happy when I walked down the aisle. Yusuke is friendly, light-hearted and professional. He captures very natural moments and he makes everyone laugh. He offered to stay a little longer at the reception even though we only booked him for until the ceremony ends. We would highly recommend Yusuke as a photographer not just for wedding but for other occasions.

We were really happy with the flowers provided by The Flower Merchant. Julie was very good in suggesting the flowers to be used when we were unsure what we wanted exactly. They provided beautiful arrangements tailoring to our budget. They did a fantastic job decorating the rotunda with arrangements which we later removed and placed on our main bridal table after the ceremony. Everything was delivered on time, clearly labelled, and well packaged.

The assistants were fantastic with their service. They had a great selection of dresses with a good range of price. I decided on my dress and paid for the dress on my first appointment. The shop was spacious and comfortable for trying the dresses. I didn't feel pressured at all when I tried 3-4 dresses. The communication between the assistants and the tailor could have been a little better as I was quoted a price by the assistant which was very different from the actual alteration cost charged by the tailor. The alteration cost is probably at the higher end. The appointments for alteration were limited to Monday to Thursday until 4pm which is not very convenient for someone who has a normal 9-5 job. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service at Fairytales Bridal as everyone was very friendly.

We had our wedding in late March 2019. Terry and Minh were amazing. They went above and beyond in every way. Everything was run extremely smoothly on the day, there were no hiccups at all. Our guests loved the service and the food. They looked after our suppliers well. They were very helpful with our request to run a Chinese Tea Ceremony during the reception. We couldn't imagine a more well-oiled machine.

Sharon was very professional, friendly and easy-going. She's exactly what we wanted for our celebrant, she's flexible with our suggestions and accommodating with our preferences. She gave us her professional advice when we are unsure what to do. She was well prepared and very detailed.
