We had an 18 month lead into our wedding and found the mansion came good when it counted - specifically Sharon and her team. The programming, staff, quality of food and drink were all great. As with all venues - always ensure you ask for ALL possible costs upfront.

Elisa was extremely professional and didn't leave anything to chance. She made the ceremony, lead up and post wedding formalities simple, but enjoyable.

We wanted a group who had worked at Werribee and chose Duuet. We found Pat-the photographer to be good on the day and the photo's turned out well. We had an issue in our pre-wedding meeting as we were being pushed into moving our day around to suit the photographer.

Mel (lead singer/ manager) and her team were great on the night and in the lead up. We had a slight hiccup leading into the wedding, which was swiftly rectified in a professional manner by heatwave. The only issue was a few of the songs we specifically requested weren't played.

This is an overseas based operation which a friend had successfully used at their wedding. The girls dresses turned out perfectly: sizes, colour and delivery time were all spot on. We ordered the groomsmen's ties from here so that would match and they weren't even close-returns policy not great either.

We stayed the night before and the night of the wedding. Found the accommodation to be overpriced (tired) and the service of the hotel average. The room service was cold and slow (if it arrived). Half the hotel staff were excellent and the other staff had a honey badger mentality.

We hired furniture and a dancefloor as we wanted the reception to be predominantly outdoor. The quality and look of the items couldn't be faulted, nor could the pick up/ delivery before/ after. The only slight issue we had was lack of communication - need to be constantly contacting them.
