We had an initial consultantation with them 12 months prior to wedding to get an idea of what we wanted. I was really reliant on them for colours and arrangements. They advised they would contact us 2 weeks prior to our wedding to confirm details and only a week before the wedding they emailed what would be delivered which was completely different to what we had planned and organised. I emailed them about changes and never heard back from them. The flowers just showed up on the day and it was really disappointing that they didn't speak to me about the changes or meet with me to discuss like planned. I sent them an email after the wedding and I still have not heard from them.

Great! We went through a few coordinators, but Sharon who took over was really good. Food and service was perfect.
