Lakeside was great! The food was amazing and for the price you get so much of it! Every guest left full and have complemented the venue to me many times. The only small criticism I would probably have is that when we arrived, there was no one there to greet the bridal party. We were left wondering around looking for the bridal suite and someone to show us where to go. We were also given a week’s accommodation in Las Vegas as a bonus for having a winter wedding which was brilliant and ultimately why we decided to book with Lakeside.. although we had a small hiccup there too as we showed up to an apartment that had not been cleaned from the previous couple, however the hotel themselves were more to blame than lakeside and we were given a food and beverage voucher to apologise.

Kelly was amazing. From beginning to end, she was with me every step of the way. Kelly was recommended to me from another bride friend and I couldn’t be happier she was friendly, down to earth, full of life, and brilliant with her music. We had a couple of phone meetings to discuss exactly what I wanted and Kelly delivered. Kelly also threw in the added bonus of singing during canapes which I thought was a very special touch. Highly recommend.

I met the girls from ATV at a Bridal Expo and booked an appointment as I had seen a dress they had advertised on facebook. I had been to 3 stores prior to this and was made to feel so uncomfortable. Being a larger bride I struggled. One shop in particular the dress designer was there on the day of their open day and she made you to scared to go anywhere near the dresses or try them on as she was always telling you to be careful, how are you meant to know what you want if you can’t try them on? I also found the other stores had only dresses for small brides and again made it impossible to see what things would look like as they didn’t really fit you were trying to squeeze into them. THIS WASN’T THE CASE AT ATV. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel incredibly comfortable, the ladies were larger themselves and you could see they truly understood. I was able to try on multiple dresses that fit and nothing was too much trouble. Turns out I ordered the dress I had seen them advertise on the facebook page, I fell in love with it. They were great at communicating, even let me know straight away when there was a delay with the dress as I am only the second person in Australia to order it in white, they had their alterations team on hand for when it arrived as I only had two weeks for alterations before my wedding. I honestly could not recommend Bec and “And The Veil” highly enough.
